SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders placed for in-stock items typically ship 1-5 days after the order is placed.

What shipping method will be used?

Collins uses Fedex and UPS for ground packages. Large orders can be shipped via LTL carrier. Express services can be requested for an additional charge.

When will my backorders ship?

Collins tries to maintain accurate stock levels for all items on our website and stock status will be noted in item descriptions. The invoice included with your shipment should also note the status of all backorders. For any other questions, please contact our sales office.

Where does the product ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Fort Wayne, IN.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Collins accepts all major credit cards. Retailers requesting NET terms should contact our sales office for more information.

When will my credit card be charged?

When your order is placed the full amount will be pre-authorized on your card. We will invoice everything available and right before your order ships we will charge the final amount to your card.

How do I become a Collins Painting & Design retailer?

Becoming a retailer is easy! The best method is to register on our website.  We will only need a little basic information. Once registration is completed, we will request that you submit Indiana's ST-105 form for tax exemption.

Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

All mugs and tumblers are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Where are Collins Painting & Design’s products made?

All of Collins Painting & Design’s products are designed by local artists in the U.S.A, and manufactured in China.
